The buildings that hold our coworking floors began their lives as part of a busy trading harbor, where cargo was stacked to the rafters and cranes swung freight from ship to shore day and night. For years they stood quiet, too solid to abandon and too characterful to erase. Instead of clearing the site, a patient reconstruction programme stabilised the steel frames, repointed the brick and repaired the concrete, honouring the original architecture while preparing every hall for a completely new purpose. The goal was never to disguise the past but to let it keep working, this time in service of the people who now fill these floors with ideas rather than inventory.

What emerged is a coworking community that feels genuinely of its place. Tall dockside windows pull in shifting waterlight, exposed trusses trace the shape of the roof, and reclaimed timber softens the industrial edges. Around this backbone we built the practical layer members rely on: fast and secure networks, comfortable ergonomic seating, sound-managed focus booths and generous shared kitchens. Freelancers, remote employees, small studios and harbor-linked firms sit side by side, so a quiet morning of deep work can turn into an afternoon of unexpected collaboration with someone two benches over.

Above all, we see ourselves as caretakers of a living structure and a growing community at the same time. Sustainability guides our decisions, from reusing what the buildings already gave us to choosing durable, repairable finishes over disposable ones. On-site hosts keep the day running, community events keep the network warm, and flexible membership keeps the door open to people at every stage of their working journey.
